Vendor Guidelines – Do’s and Don’ts

Allowed

Books, devotionals, teaching materials
Apparel with faith-based messaging
Jewelry and accessories, non-occult
CDs, digital music, media products
General merchandise aligned with Christian values

Not Allowed

No food or beverages of any kind
No oils, prayer shawls, or anointing items
No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or related items
No vulgar, explicit, or suggestive content
No anti-Christian, anti-biblical, or divisive messaging
No counterfeit or unlicensed products
No political merchandise or messaging
No weapons or weapon-related items

Brand & Representation

No use of Mantle name, Mantle Conference name, Joshua Giles name, or
branding on any products
No use of Joshua Giles’ likeness, image, or voice in any form
Vendors may not imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with
Mantle or Joshua Giles
No altering or recreating Mantle logos or marks

Sales & Conduct

Vending may be limited to between sessions at the discretion of event staff
No aggressive selling, solicitation, or pulling attendees into booths
No use of microphones, speakers, or amplified sound
No disrupting services, sessions, or flow of the event
All sales must remain within assigned vendor space
Vendors must remain respectful, professional, and aligned with the
atmosphere of the event

Sales & Conduct

No stickers, markers, pens, or similar items intended for distribution
No items that may create excessive mess, debris, or damage to the venue

Prohibited Items & Materials

No stickers, markers, pens, or similar items intended for distribution
No items that may create excessive mess, debris, or damage to the venue

Setup & Space

Vendors must stay within their assigned table/booth footprint
No expansion into aisles or neighboring spaces
All displays must be safe, stable, and clean
No taping, drilling, or attaching anything to venue property

Vending Terms

Vendor registration is sold as a full conference package only, July 8–11, 2026
Vendors are not required to be present all days or for the full
duration each day
Vendors must inform staff in advance which days they will actively be selling
Upon registration, your space is removed from inventory, all vendor
sales are final, no refunds

Shipping & Load-Out

Vendors are responsible for receiving, handling, and securing any shipped items
Vendors must pack and remove all items at the conclusion of the event
Any items left behind or abandoned will be discarded

Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax compliance
Mantle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and venue regulations

Included with Vendor Table

Two general admission tickets
Listing in vendor directory, if submitted on time
Assigned vending space during conference hours

Enforcement

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of
vending privileges without refund
